
Snorkel Buck Island Reef
Buck Island Reef NM is a must for every visitor whether you snorkel the underwater trail, or just enjoy the cruise. Proclaimed as a National Monument by President John F. Kennedy on December 28th 1961. Buck Island Reef sits off of St. Croix’s north coast and consists of approximately 19,015 acres of sea and land. It’s main beauty lies in the fantastic reefs and unique underwater trail.Our charters leave daily from the waterfront adjacent to the Christiansted National Historic Site. We provide half day and full day trips, by motor or sail, to snorkel the underwater wonderland. Excursions include a guided tour through the underwater marine gardens and a stop at Turtle Beach which is rated one of the top 10 beaches in the Caribbean. Layout, relax, swim, hike, or just enjoy the sun there’s plenty to do and see. Snorkeling gear, instruction, flotation devices and friendly crew interaction is included.
Full Day Trips
Departure: 10:00am – 4pm
- $95 adults
- $75 children 6-12 years of age
- $25 children 5 years of age and younger
Half Day Trips
There are two departures:
morning (9:30 – 1pm) or afternoon (1:30 to 5pm)
morning (9:30 – 1pm) or afternoon (1:30 to 5pm)
- $65 adults
- $45 children 6-12 years of age
- $25 children 5 years of age and younger

WHAT TO BRING
Underwater cameras, towels, hats, sunscreen, sun glasses, snacks and drinks, are recommended on both the full day and half day tours. A lunch buffet is included on your full day tour.
Wind and seas may tip our vessel, but only you can tip the crew!
