Wedding Ceremony

Your ceremony can be performed on the boat, under sail, or on the sandy shore of Buck Island.

If you’re planning your wedding with Caribbean Sea Adventures, ask about group rates on trips to Buck Island or Sunset Cruises for your wedding party!

Custom wedding, commitment ceremonies, and receptions are our specialty! We can accommodate up to 150 people and most special requests. Here are additional items you can choose from:

• Flowers, Boutonniere, Bridal Bouquet, Additional Decor
• Additional Photography, Prints, and Frames
• Musicians: Steel Drum or Guitarist
• Your Favorite Champagne
• Keepsake Bride and Groom Champagne Flutes

Marriage License Requirements

When applying for a marriage license in the United States Virgin Islands the following is required:

The marriage application form must be typed or hand printed .

Previous marital status (widowed, annulled or divorced) if either or both applicants have been it is required that a certified copy or decree be filed along with the applicant.

Applicants should also attach a personal letter to the court detailing:

• The date of arrival to island
• Desired date of ceremony
• The length of their vacation

Posting the application:

• Upon the receipt of the authorized application at the territorial court, an 8 day waiting period is required. During this time, the couples application is posted for public inspection.

Examination of application for marriage license:

• Before a marriage license can be issued, applicants are required to appear before the clerk of the court, or her designee, to be examined under oath. Some form of identification is required.

• No physical examination or blood test is required.

Fees:

• The fees must be paid by, certified check, money order, or by cash. Marriage application is $50.00, License fee is $50.00 both are non-refundable.

• 8am-5pm, Monday thru Friday.
• Additional arrangements can be met if necessary.
